I am recognized for one-on-one nutritional assessments that examine the foundations of good health, for dispelling popular myths about proper nutrition, and for helping people to eat healthier and feel better and stronger.

I am a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (NTP) certified through the Nutritional Therapy Association and I very fortunately arrived at this place after many years of outward success but inward discontent in the corporate world.

After all, I am usually thinking about food – how to grow it, how to cook it, and when and where to eat it. My epitaph will undoubtedly read “I’m Hungry”. I have always enjoyed food. Always been curious about food. I like to approach food with a sense of learning and adventure. But most importantly, I believe in the healing power of nutritious real food. I have witnessed it offer an alternative life to many that would have otherwise been constrained by the routine of daily medication.
Nutrition IS NOT about counting calories or following the latest fad diet.
It IS about embracing the fact that food is nourishment for the mind, body and soul.
And the higher quality the food, the more nourishing. It’s that simple. Not to be confused with easy. It does take effort to eat healthy. And that’s where I come in.
